What a Technician Found in an Audi A4

This is an interesting story about a car technician who had a big surprise that scared the crap out of him.

A guy got his Audi A4 for a 5,000 miles service and this is what the technician found inside the belly pan of the car.

Mice and rats (that was a rat right) are pretty common in India as well. In fact we have an entire thread on TBHP on the issue.
But that was a HUGE RAT man, Gosh....

That animal is very much alive. Picture 4 suggests that this animal hid below the tool box after the guy opened the belly pan of the car. This is indeed scary. I really pity the owner and I hope that this rodent didnt chew on the cables. Looking at the leaves that it has collected inside I would guess that it stayed too long inside that car

That definitely is a possum. Timid little thing, mostly nocturnal (if my memory serves me right).
Its a common thing if you live close to the woods, where a lot of such furry fellas look to hide in warm areas. What better to find, than a car with a warm engine bay on a cold winter's night? An ex-colleague once found a full 'family' of squirrels packed inside his SUV's engine area.He had been to work and back, and then went on vacation for a week. The first day he had been gone, the wind chill was bad and the lil ones got into the ledge right next to the wheels, and stayed put for a good few days.
