I am sure those are very easily recoverable even though he had formatted the card.

Congratulations on getting your things back. Good work

Congrats on getting your stuff back m8!!
I know how hard it is, to loose something close to heart!

PS: You can use data recovery software like (Photo Recovery Genius or search google for more) to get your lost data from memory card.

Preetam, please accept a pat on the back for a job well done! Reminds me of the saying "If you want something bad enough, you will get it". Kudos!

preetam..Glad that you were able to recover the items. I know how you would have felt losing your gadgets, especially the ones with which you are emotionally attached. Great work that you did by tracing out that scoundrel !

by the by, if you are really desperate to get those pics from the formatted card, there are professionals who can help you recover the pics for a cost. And I am sure the card would not have been formatted low level, so the recovery process shouldnt be complex. Let me know if you want me to help you with contacts for recovering the lost data.

OT : What genres does your band play ? Looking forward to see your band perform !

Great work Preetam. Self help is the best help, and your keeping at the case doggedly helped you solve it.

Drop me a PM if and when you come down to Kolkata. Wanna administer the pat on the back personally, as well as meet up for a small jam
