This will take you upto naganathapura and touch hosur road. From there it is just 2 kms to E.city
Thanks for the tip. I'd try that after I get confirmation from a friend who has a showroom on the road near Bomanhalli. If he confirms that the condition is pathetic then I'll tru your route. Thanks again. Happens only on T-Bhp .

While agreeing the fact that the elevated highway is waste of money.
The best part of the elevated highway can be, if all the Infosys/Wipro/HP/etc., buses and BPO cabs move on elevated road, leaving below lines safe and calm.

IMO its a pure ploy to satisfy the IT lobby they have been the complaining lot for long time regarding crumpling infrastructure in Bangalore.
This is the reason the flyover was built, but I guess from the time the whole project started the wants of the IT lobby has changed a lot.

This might be due to the fact that the whole project is taking so much time and now the climate debate has also started. So now they are looking towards metro.

Was hoping to ride to office on the elevated highway today when going to office at 12. They still had not opened it up for traffic. Waiting for the suns and stars to be aligned I guess...

Hey guys,

Just did the Hosur road flyover from Silkboard side, mine was the 4th car to enter from that side. Toll free for today. Don't go beyond 80kmph 3 interceptor on the bridge, 15 cameras. 2 bikes and one SX4 got caught, road condition is super! was waiting at silkboard from 2:30pm to open, got the chance at 3:45.

First Day First Drive

Guys,

Just back from "first day first drive" on the Express way!! it was good.
but was shocked to see many cabs and TT's on the flyover but the traffic was smooth.

@ mail4loys: that was the same scene that i saw from my office window which tempted me to sneak out and do the "first day first drive" on the flyover..

p.s watchout for the Interceptors (hold on to your horses on the flyover)
