Hi Sujith, I heard the Zen guy and you had taken this matter to court. Read in the other Forum about it. You seem to have claimed rash and negligence driving. Whats the update. As per the lawyer I think last week there was a hearing.

Its a terrible ordeal he is facing! The Padmini got well quickly, not Sujith! Hope matters end quickly.

Luckily found the copy of Bangalore Mirror, the article was all in support of the Zen Estilo Guy. It sounded just like the mishap happened entirely due to Sujith's Negligence. I seriously feel something fishy. Corruption at its height.

Riju, i had a chat with Sujit today... His car was Hit by the Zen Estilo ( She is a software engineer at xyz company)

Lot of funny mix-ups with the case

The case is solved finally and Sujit got a full refund for expenses on his 1100, it was an out of the court settlement, after so much of fighting since the last few months. Very Hilarious the way it ended.

Sujit was banned from T-BHP 6 months ago, yet he was an ""ARDENT T-BHP FAN"", and his Ban was supposed to be lifted off from this month, but sadly he's Banned from here forever. I doubt he's anyways regretting from this BAN, as he's spending more time on his Cars and His studies, which was not the case when he was an active member earlier. So now Sujit1100 is on a DEBADGING SPREE ( All his 6 cars had adorned millions of T-BHP stickers.).

Aaal izz Well... right now.

The software engineer actually showed some mercy to Sujith, and Sujith for once felt happy that he was a student. If not the case would have been a bit more ugly for Sujith.

Yes PK, he is often found under a car in greasy clothes or surrounded by books these days after the ban. Good for him

Oops! I too was initially shocked to see that statement and I was like do I have to know the news from team-bhp when I personally know him. When I read it second time, I actually understood

. Its funny in a way. It only means he got a permanent ban on team-bhp

No, no, not at all. No connections anywhere here. 2 simple citizens involved. Just that the lady worked for some top notch IT company. Drama unfolded after a few weeks when the Zen Estilo driver stumbled upon this thread. After going through the thread and comments, she got to know Sujith doesnt have the upper hand. Searching info about him in google.com yielded all information she needed. Our club website has his phone number, facebook to yeilded lot of information. At first she asked Sujith to pay for damages, but Sujith insisted it wasnt his mistake. Then she pointed at the video posted on this forum (the facts are incorrect in the video though), Sujith was confused and did not know what to do. A police complaint was registered. Police were not too much in a mood to do anything initially. This went on for some time. Then finally dont know what happened, the lady lost interest and closed the entire topic. Sujith also learnt that the lady had learnt driving some 6 months before the incident and had a valid driving license and was her first accident. She feared trouble and rushed home. She went home and brought her dad to the accident location in some 30 mins, no one was there.

The most hillarious part was she gave Sujith 300 Rs ONLY for all the damages to the car stating that PP is too old a car and cant give even a paisa more. Even Sujith was laughing out loudly but happy that he hadnt have to pay anything.
