HM Ambassador spotted at UK

The Ambassador was sold in the UK as the Morris Oxford Mark-III. It was brought to India and sold by HM as the Ambassador, albeit with a few changes. It's still a British car.

That is not a Morris Oxford.It is an MADE IN INDIA Hm Ambassador.Its an Indian made car with British origins.

You're probably right.

The car does look like it's wearing HM badges. But why on Earth would someone bring an Ambassador to UK, when it was actually made there. Unless it was brought to the country recently.

That particular generation of the Oxford was discontinued a long long time ago.

I had been to Europe a few months back and while we were in Italy, what caught my attention was a Tata indica GLX. That was the only one I saw there.
Felt very proud about it.

Saw this Safari in Malaga, Spain.

on closer look, it is an Italy reg car.

TATA cars are quite easy to spot in Italy. I have seen a dozen odd Indica's and some Vistas around Rome.
around the mountains, I've seen a few Safari's and a Xenon. mostly in the Genoa- La Spezia - Cinque Terre area.

Mahindra's can be spotted too. Saw a Scorpio pickup. tweeted that pic to Mr. Mahindra. Can't locate it on my computer now.

I regularly see a Scorpio 4X4 in Trieste, Italy at my clients office.

Reva's are a common sight in Oslo. I'm sure they are equally famous in London.

for me, these are the indian cars seen abroad worth getting excited. Suzuki's (the same ones we get in IND) can be spotted in almost all European countries. 800's, Zens, A Stars, Ritz et al.
