I think the reference is to 1973 Amby Mk II. The Astra is 1999 - a few years younger than Astraholic.

Thats true Rajcs..our 1973 Amby Mark II is still my father's daily drive and dad is madly in love with Amby aunty! I drive our 1999 Astra Club and 1996 MM540 DP is our joint account!!Me and pops still fights for its keys!!

And about the gear levers,Scorcher's reply is correct.But I had taken those photos to show the assortment of buttons aside the lever.The drive selectors and AMG custom settings etc.

After all the pics get uploaded click on the 'Attachments' icon (the arrow next to the paperclip icon marked in red inside the orange box in the attached pic, on clicking it, the list of attached images will appear and to the end of that list you will find 'Insert All Attachments' which will insert all the attachment titles into your typing space and you can add your comments in between them

Hope that didn't end you up in even more confusion

Yes, they are the same. Not just DL and CH it has been to almost all prominent Merc-dealers in the country for the Star-Drive event

wow... awesome, I'm so envying you now, the G-class is bigger than the GL standing next, SLS looks like a kayak on 4 wheels with a fat Mr 6.3ltr rowing it and carbon fibre bits to keep it light.

Welcome aboard and you got a good scoop.

One tip. When uploading pics, try to ensure they are in a sequence and introduce the cars always with a full shot of the car, and then the finer details. When the SLS pics were in progress, immediately the pic of the SL 63 cockpit was put it. Can cause confusion. Anyway, good scoop again and keep it coming
