It was reported here during the last ACI supercar rally that the 599 has been sold to GS. I have seen Sanjay Dutt use the 599 frequently over the past month or so hence whatever the previous confusion was, the car is defiantly with him now.

Bangalore Mirror had carried an article on Friday (from Mumbai mirror), on Ranbir Kapoor having a gala time at Olive, in Bandra. It suggested, or said that he was in 'good spirits', and left the place a little after 1 am, in his " red Audi R8 car". Driving a supercar while being tipsy?

Can anyone throw more light on the article? For some reason, the URL refuses to be copied and pasted!

1 am ? Not sure. I was in Bandra on friday night and the red R8 passed me right opposite Lilavati Hospital. (I was going into bandra and he was heading towards Bandra Reclamation) It most definitely was him, was going slow. But it surely wasnt 1 am. Barely 11:30pm

I don't know why but usually the awesome looking audi R8 is looking a bit weird in Red colour specially from side profile.. like its a modified body work job making a wannabe supercar!!! I seriously think the fully red colour don't suit the R8 well. R8 looks its best in silver, white, and black! And this one even doesn't have the dual colour so its looks a little more weird since we are now used to seeing R8's in dual colour! Only white, black and silver will look good in single colour. Maybe even grey and any darker shades.

The car looks much better in real than in those pics. Sure I would prefer the R8 is white or black but red dosent look half bad. Also those rims look like 18", one size down from the normal 19". Thats weird considering I thought his car had the normal 5 double spoke rims when I saw it a few weeks ago.

You bet !! The usually fantastic looking R8 looks like an extremely fast & expensive Fire engine on the run in red !!!
Considering my hatred for the owner of this red R8, i would even get sadistic and be happy that his R8 isnt the best looking R8 in town
