Judging by his shades and hairstyle, I would say that video footage is from around 1997(Yes Boss)/1998(Dil Se) period.

The Pajero was one of his first luxury cars (at least in that era it was considered as one).
He also had a BMW 3 Series (E36) around that time.

After the Pajero he bought a dark green second gen Range Rover (P38A).

In 1999/2000, he sold the Range Rover and bought a silver BMW X5 (E53) and a silver armoured BMW 540i (E39).

In 2006, he sold the X5 and bought a silver BMW 740Li (E65 face-lift), a white BMW 650i Cabriolet (E64) and a white first gen Audi Q7 (3.0 TDI if I’m not wrong).

In 2007, he sold the BMW 540i and bought a black armoured BMW X5 4.8i (E53 face-lift) which arrived in 2008.

In 2011, he sold the Q7, and bought a black last gen VW Phaeton and a white BMW 740Li (F01) which arrived in 2012.

He does not have any of these cars anymore; his current garage list has been shared by a fellow BHPian earlier in this thread.

P.S. I can confirm this information is accurate as it has been shared by someone from the dealership where he purchases most of his cars from.

Yes, they were direct imports from Germany. He had received a couple of threats in those days, so I guess that was the reason.

I don't think it was ever sold in the first place.

I believe a friend of his was babysitting the car for him in Bangalore because he wasn't getting much use out of it in Mumbai. Said person also has had other Dutt cars with him in the past.

So he's fed up switching between German brands?! One would have thought Salman's never going back after all the hoopla surrounding his previous RR.

The thing is while the German trio also do white elephants, nobody does it as well as a RR!
