Is this the only series in which Lambo races??

And by seeing the website I could make out that its a one make series. So how do they becnhmark their cars with others?? How are they managing to make such great cars. Even there parent Audi I guess is only part of Le Mans 24 Hr races...

The Super Trofeo cars are made entirely by Lamborghini. Blancpain, the watch maker is only a sponsor and hence have their name attached to it. They do not provide any tuning to the cars.

Also, the Super Trofeo Stradale is the ''Road-Going'' version of the Super Trofeo Race car and has nothing to do with Blancpain.

I head the Lamborghini Mumbai dealership for Sales and Marketing. The Verde Ithaca Superleggera was sold by me. Also, I was at the factory in Sant'Agata Bolognese last month and I have seen their engineers work on Super Trofeo Gallardos.

Saw the thread title and was skeptical about how would green look on a Lambo. But this one does look fabulous!

Mumbai is becoming a hotbed for supercars.

blancplain is a watch....not a tuning company...

This looks like an absolute beauty. Never thought the Green would match it so well. But on a personal preference, I think the White color with those rims would match it better. Happened to see a white one in Mahalakshmi a year back and it was really looking stunning.

BTW, how do these guys avoid the bumpers in the city?

That Superleggera didn't exactly take off. I suspect that's because the owner is concerned as she is pretty much new. Pictures show she hasn't even had permanent reg. done!!

Well, the Superleggera is one MIGHTY car. Just that i may not work for long on Indian roads, unless there are suspension mods on it.
the indian roads are not at all fit for cars with low ground-clearance. I own a civic and i face enough problems, the superlegger is a lot more lower and id rather not talk about the service charge or repair costs if the axle breaks!

Both of them did not take off as it was not a drag race or any sort of race, it was just a pleasure drive that we went for. Both Lambo's are on temp plates and that has nothing to do with how you drive them. I was with them in the BMW and i was able to keep up with them..let me again state it was a pleasure drive on a sunday afternoon and not a race or anything on those grounds.

CLS 55 AMG i would have a word with you in person regarding certain things i noticed on a certain car that was brought to the dealership on Monday...I dont think it would be right to ask U the questions on the forum as i think you'd find it hard to give answers here.
