Also you have been seeing 730LDs. All 7s sold in Indian are long wheelbase.

I can very honestly say I havent seen the new 750li in bangalore, but nothing says there isnt one. It just not as common. There could be the 740Li with the straight six. I always tend to look at the model when i see these cars.

Its the same spirit that got us vintage car owners to display cars for the past 5 decades ! But it gets a little boring after a while. Besides if you see that video of the cars in traffic it looks so odd as these works of art struggle to keep pace with the mad variety on our roads.

I would have loved to see marine drive cordoned off for an hour so that these cars get some decent space to open up and really entertain the crowd.

OT again - But Marine Drive along with many of South Mumbais roads has become horrible to drive on. It is extremely uneven and no longer can you cross 80 on it comfortably. Worli seaface would be the best option if anything was being cordoned off.

I second that. The surface on marine drive has become pathetic over the years and even the everyday cars with softer suspension struggle there. It is entirely different in the sports cars with very stiff suspension and ultra low profiles. They literally cry on that particular surface.

I would not comment on where it should be held though.

What a show man. No one can ask for more. All my dream cars at one place. I am specifically bowled out by the T-Rex. How can anyone drive something like that? I searched for pictures of the T-Rex in action on road but unfortunately could not find them. Please share if someone managed to click some.

This is a Supercar Parade that brings a smile to everybody's faces. It is not meant to be a track day, nor a race (the pre-briefing continually stresses on safe driving).

Completely agree. For one reason:

The track may be able to accommodate many people but not only might it be inconvenient for some, I believe that there is a certain thrill when you get to catch an exotic/import on the streets, driving along, exhaust burbling and reverberating off other mere-mortal every day traffic.

And getting to see them all in the flesh, in one place is just another worldly feeling. Feels even better that it's in India. Thank you SCC.

There were a couple of GT-R's. One was a MP-registered black GT-R and the other was a blue GT-R with CH-registration plates.

That isn't a Balboni edition. It's a standard LP 550-2, probably the only one in the country
