Supercar spotting on Indian roads is now being a daily affair for most of us, but catching them flaunting their brawn at a racetrack is yet elusive. So, here is a space to share those rare moments when these beats get down to their elements.

All these pictures are form a single event, the track day organised by Cannonball club.
There are so many pictures of this event as the club invited almost dozen photographers, there were one or two professional photographers and numerous DLSR trotting armatures. None of them were paid anything.
The event was not that well organized but given the fact that it was the first one of its kind, you can't expect it to be perfect.
I am not very sure what kind of action we will be seeing here on this thread as track and track days for such cars are sparse.
I disagree.... Some of those pics (the ones with all Ferraris) are from the Ferrari Experience event organised by Shreyans Motors.
^^Oh Yes, I just noticed that there are few Images from Ferrari Experience Event, my bad.

Did not know that there were 2 Blue F10 M5's in Delhi.

Oh man! I should charge a royalty for that! :D
Spotted two of the lead cars from this drive, here in Noida (maroon color 6 series and the black 3) yesterday night. The wheels on the 3 were simply yumm! :thumbs up
Is it open to everyone (like the paid sessions by Merc-Benz)? Or, has it been organized keeping only the prospective/current buyers in mind?

Fantastic pictures as always Scorcher, but try to let the pics remain as natural as you can, 'cos some of them look like they came from a game. Of course we all know they are real, but they should look real too, right ?
Thanks a bunch.
Posting pics I found from a Lamborghini drive event I attended at the Chennai Race Track a couple years back. Was really well organised by Lamborghini and Exclusive Motors with a few brand new 560-4 Gallardos including a white Spyder and their experienced test drivers made it a super fun day with few invitees over the 3 days of the event. All the cars were Left-Hand Drive with Italian plates except for the yellow one I'm posing with which was for sale. Fortunately it didn't rain on the day I drove. This was the same event in which the Gallardo caught fire while on the return journey to Italy (as some might have read in the papers). Even though the cabin and driver's side is pretty cramped for knee and head room and not exactly suited to somebody who is 6'2", the experience was unparalleled. Got to go flat out for quite a few laps in all the cars present and learn a few tricks from the Lambo professional drivers. The glorious bellow of 5 Lambo V10s on the track was something truly magnificient. In my opinion the Arancio Atlas (orange) Gallardo looked the best along with the white Spyder, which with the Alcantara steering wheel made it handle like a dream.
Read today in Economic Times that a similar event was being planned later in the year at the BIC Racetrack for a handful present and prospective customers as part of their new sales initiative under their newly established National Sales Company under Mr. Pavan Shetty. Glad to see Indian customers finally getting their due and the attention they deserve from these prestigious marques after paying more than double what others pay for these cars around the globe. clap:
