That is because it is the pre-facelift model of the s600. For the 2010 model onwards, mercedes has redesigned the tail pipes and rear bumpers for all the s-class variants.

@Shamik: I dont think panoramic roof is standard on any S. Its a paid option on S500 anyway..

The S500 comes standard with the Panoramic Sunroof, it is not available on the other variants (350, 320CDI).

The only differences between the 6 cylinder models and this one is that the S500 has the Panoramic roof, Wooden seat back trays for rear passengers, and 19" alloys opposed to the 18"s, and of course the V8 engine.

I think its the facelifted S500 which has panoramic roof as standard. There are many pics of pre-FL S500s in this forum without panoramic roof.

Lovely car there devil.Looks lovely and totally uber cool color. The beige interiors are going to go so well with this color.They have one of the best looking exhausts according to me.
Have you opted for the night vision ? or does it come standard with this car.

Sure ride. What was the OTR price ?

Apart from the changes you mention, I think the chrome strip edge running across the front bumper isn't there on the other facelifted models.
