Pics: New Generation (W221) Mercedes S-Class

Seen the new Mercedes S Class in black closely following a silver old generation BMW 7 Series. It actually makes the previous S Class look outdated.

I cant wait to drive ours in dec, man i hate it whenever there is a nice car delivered, i am never there at home :( the first pictures look good..

i am quite upset with mercedes for not providing all the colors at the same time..its just plain dumb and i dont get how could it be more difficult that it is now, its not like they paint the cars in india..

A humble request 1Day. As a Delhiite, I may find myself in Delhi this winter. I enjoyed the W221's interiors so much, when I viewed it in a showroom last October, that I almost wanted to buy it right there. Sadly, I realised I'm running short on disposable income. Very short. May I have the honour of cruising in your S?

Absolutely, i should be there by Dec13th, shoot me a PM before you leave or send me an email, i can always take you on a cruise...cuz thats pretty much what you would want to do, i didnt like the drive as a sports car enthusiasts, for that would have to get the 7..

have been seeing a couple of these on aregular basis now, atleast sinc ethe last 8-10 days, especially the black s500, and a dark green s350.
spotted a white one as well.

The new S is getting increasly popular in bombay. Have seen atleast 5 in the past week itself....most of which have been white, a black and a beige-ish color. All of which have been S350,am yet to come across an S500 in bombay, hopefully one of the biggies will get the S65 AMG soon for us to feast our eyes on!
@1Day - If you dont mind me ask, how much did the car cost you landed in delhi? PM if you wish not to disclose the amount here.Thnx

I think it was 78ish if i am not mistaken..I wanted to get the S65 AMG body kit and the guy completly missed the point and said i cant do it, anyhow i will have to work on getting that sometime next year..it will probably cost in excess of 10L to get it, if so then i will drop the idea, but if its more reasonable then i would like to get it, i think its makes the car even sexier..

I saw a S-class 4 days back.It came to the temple opposite my house for pooja.I saw it when it was leaving.Man it was huge.

Seen 3 S-classes here too.
One of them is in my family friends buildins - the golden coloured one.
Then there is the black S class which is adored and a Dark green coloured one which i saw outside CCI which simply looked horrible.
I mean, who would buy a dark green S?
Guess it's personal taste.

The W220 didn't look bad in dark green. Yet to see a W221 in the same, in flesh.

Pals..I had a great fortune to test drive the new S500 two weeks back from Pune..I'll post the details soon..I'm a bit busy with a project..

1day, W221s AMG body kit & S65's styling is diffrerent..all models other than S65AMG will be fitted with the AMG body kit which comes for around 4lacs..

Expect my new thread with fotos & videos soon..

Yeah i know and I liked the S65 looks better...so i was wondering if that could be ordered, I will see when i get back to india in dec, if not then AMG kit would suffice..
