Pics: New Generation (W221) Mercedes S-Class

hey guys on NDTV they showed both SRK and Karan Johar pull up in their respective cars for an interview. Karan Johar arrived in a brand new white S and SRK looked like he came in a silver 7, I could only make out the insides of the rear door. Maverick any idea which 7 it is? is it a 760?

Mr.1day..I think that Iridium silver is better looking than the brilliant silver of earlier S..I suggest that the interior must be either gray or biege..

Karan has the 760Li as well as the 745d. He uses the 745 most of the time. So maybe it was that.

Not sure about Karan having a 7 series. But currently he uses the white new S350L. SRK has the 740i,pics of which have been posted by Maverick in another thread. Both the celebs were seen getting out of their respective cars during the NDTV show.

Well SRK has bought a silver 740Li and a 650i, and i guess Karan has bought a new S.. dont know which one though..

Today I happened to comeacross a 96 model S500(for sale) and a For reg brand new S class in Chennai . Honestly speaking the former has much more presence & Elegance .

The W140, although boat-like, still is a beast.

The new one is a little more fairytale-ish. However, what the W221 isn't a bad car at all...slightly iffy when it comes to the interiors/looks, but it is handsome.

Unfortunetly thats the std size :(

Dont like the alloys that come with the car..would love to get the old AMG alloys...the new ones i dont like as much as the old ones..

Karan's S is gifted to him by his mom on his b'day. Not sure which one is it though.

Yes, stock no doubt.

Hmm, get the old AMG's only if they are the smoked 65 twin cut 5 spoke design. Other than that, you could get th chrome S600 styled ones too.

went to saket the other day and while getting out of the parking lot, saw this immensely huge ride...it was the new S. immediately parked the car back and after 5 mins or so went in to grab some pics. here they are. bad quality of images courtesy : Sony Ericsson P910i

Nice pics enven though not clear..Both are nice colours..The interior of white is my most favorite combination in the S-class..the std alloys is the only one thing didn't like in the new S350..even then its the best car in the world..You may read my S500 test drive report just clicking the link below..
