hanmust you seem t like the S class a lot.You are right the car has got massive presence on roads or showroom.How many s class are sold in India this year?When is the local assemble car coming??
Did anybody heard that A S65 AMG was on the way?

well they have done the same thing to the CLS also...it looks awesome from the rear quater angle ..but the front looks horrible....

Ya Mr.Abdul, i love it a lot & it my most favorite car and is the best..I don't know exactly how much units sold in India, but there were about 80 confirmed order for the new one just after 2-3 months of its official launch..Delhi is the biggest market & so far arond 20 cars r their on road, even during my 2 short days in Delhi I was able to see about 6..In Kerala already 3 cars r there on road, a new one will be delivered within next week end..

DCIL has already started the assemblying of the new S at their pune plant..at present S350 LWB roll out from there & by Mar '07 S320 CDI will be locally made..In Kerala lot of buyers r waiting for the diesel version to be launched..

DCIL is the short of DaimlerChrysler India Ltd.,They r going to expand their production facility in India & for that they r in search of a better site for putting up a new plant..at present the plant is situated at Pimpri (Pune) adjusent to Tata Motors & there is no land available there to expand..
