Spotted another MT01 .... But this time it was a black 1 as shown on top ... I spotted it rite next to juhu beach at liek 8 pm last nite. I just love the break light , on the tank .... It looks Wikkkked when the rider breaks ! So now confirmed that there are 3 mt01's for sure in bombay 2 silver and 1 black for sure !

spotted the mt-01 in bangalore the other nite....black i guess or deep blue was the color...awesome machine

Like it or not. The headlight is shaped as a bulb. Sadly no Xenons for this one.


It says MT-01 on the exhaust cover.


Before you say "What!! Top speed calibrated to 70 kmph (or mph)!!!" let me tell you thats what even i thought until i noticed something writted below - "x100RPM".


The twin under-seat exhausts sound as good as they look. Maybe even better. They could have given it a better tail light though.


Yes its a cruiser engine. All 1670cc of it.

Thats cos it isnt one. Just has a cruiser engine. Its a bike just on the lines of the Buell.Torquey and V-twin superbikes.

The bike looks bulky overall...the headlights and taillamps dont do justice to the bike...love the bulging engine bay!!

Yamah MT 01 The real monster

I wasnt able to believe that i got a chance to sit on the monster... yup that was a yamaha mt 01.. i was at my place in the garage i was fixing my bike for small problem with the clutch.. and suddenly my friend (he owns a garage) came with this monster.. its huge bike with angle eyes head light, it has got nice twin silencer... sounds great.. i have got the pics will post it soon.. ya and will be able to see CBR 600 F

an MT01 in bangalore where did u see it any way im plannin to get this bike or the triumph speed triple within this year on march next year
