The last weekend there was a promotional event conducted to showcase the McLaren mercedes F1 car in Chennai. It was a 2 day event

Saturday - Ampa Mall
Sunday - EA Mall

I finally made it to EA on Sunday to check out the McLaren F1 car. There was a decent crowd , so had to stay put to the only location that I got. So all the images below were shot from a single angle

That's a dummy car, not even a car its just a shell no engine. The same one was displayed by Vodafone inside my office complex in Pune.

Thought so! The one that came to Bangalore also seemed to be a dummy. Sad. :Frustrati

Those tyres always looked fishy to me. Didn't even look like real rubber!

Hamilton managed to give the bangloreans a treat by driving on the N.I.C.E road.

He did the same in chennai too right? Or was that only with the Merc SL 63? I remember actor Vikram getting a ride along and enjoying some burnouts with hamilton.
