Going by the extremely low front end - I dont think this could be a private import. Seems to be imported for an event at the Buddh circuit.

I doub't, if it was for an event in Delhi then it would go directly there than coming to Mumbai.This is a LHD car and may be this is here for display in Autocar Performance Show ?

EDIT : Sorry, I take back my words, I just got some news about this car, Can't comment anything now, But the car is here to Stay and that's WOW !!!!!!

That looks like a 458 Challenge racer with a GT1 spec rear wing and some aero bits up front. Interesting indeed!

But Challenge cars are not street legal.They are purely track cars.So it would be more prudent if it stays in Delhi,for using it in Buddh even if it is private owned.

Guys, GS has got this 458 GT. I wonder how it will perform on our city roads as it is designed for track use. Also, aren't you not allowed to import LHD cars anymore?

I don't think the car being an LHD would bother the owner much cos the 458 Challenge/GT is not a road legal car anyway, its a racer, so I don't see him getting it registered.

He'll most prolly use it as a recreational track tool just like many people use dirt-bikes in the country. He could get a flatbed to ferry it around.

If I'm not wrong, the 458 GT has a different rear bumper. This looks more of a Challenge fitted with a spoiler.
