Unfortunately the G-class had an uncanny resemblance with the Tata Sumo. The paint job was interesting, but it still did not really stand out in the crowd - especially given that the "crowd" was that of supermodels.

Still wondering why was it was given a camouflage in the first place. As for the Sumo-like looks, that's indeed been the case since, day one .

Regardless, a G-class when let as is, stands out (Still looks like a rich brother to the Sumo). Remove the Merc logo and show the car to someone, any guesses what they would term it as? . Yes, SUMO!

I heard someone saying there was a spat between the owner of a black Gallardo and the crowd when the Gallardo stalled and the crowd started to push it ?

Was there any black Gallardo, I don't remember seeing one?

I saw some guys from Platinum Auto so maybe it might be the same black Gallardo that was for sale with them, not sure though.

I dont see the corvette, the Bentley GT supersports (white w black rims) anywhere. There is a video with the Corvette doing the sunday run but seems like he missed the display meet.

All of these indeed weren't available for display. Also, missed was the Nissan Skyline which can be seen in last year's pictures .

Hey Shivang, I was waiting for the cars to arrive at the Worli Sea Face (just before the Sea Link starting) with my TJ parked at the road-side. StrangeWizard then came by in his Black 'Sparky' with the Team-BHP stickers on it. We saw the stickers, exchanged smiles, shook hands, asked for tbhp handles and started clicking snaps (of the Supercars ofcourse)

I also heard that Story, but never saw a Black Gallardo.

The Owner of Platinum Auto had participated with the Un-Registered Orange Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder which has Black Wheels and a Black Soft-Top Roof, that is still For Sale.

The Black Gallardo that was with Platinum Auto was a Spyder and was Sold to Ahmedabad, Gujarat in December.

I was perplexed for a while if, I mistook the Black vinyl wrapped Gallardo for an Aventador. But now, since you also confirmed, I am certain that indeed was a black Aventador and not a Gallardo.

So, either the reporting is hoax or this happened in actual but, was circulated by some of the uncles who call the SLS-AMG a Ferrari Enzo

I did see some kind of a spat of the owner with the cops/public, but as the traffic and the rage was building, decided to move aside and let the cops handle the situation. It was the matte black Aventador btw. One of my favourites of the show.
