From my late 80s days when my parents used to bring me by bus from Hosur to Majestic busstand, the bus would pass this infamous petrol pump in the literal Heart of Bangalore. Imagine this prime location!!

From 90s I have only seen high end imports in dust & rust parked here. It is a stones throw away from Vidhan Soudha & High court, no one bothers about this most expensive car parking lot in Bangalore.

Clearly Bangalore is becoming a hotspot for dumping/disposing out of state cars. Also our country is certainly not a place for such beauties. Its just the money that gets these cars running on our unscientific roads! We are better of with the classic Indian cars which can last a lifetime on our roads!

Spotted this 1995 BMW e34 525 tds at Jodhpur Park, Kolkata today. It's really heartbreaking to see such a beautiful machine rotting away like this. One can only hope that somebody undertakes the task of restoring it to it's former glory, because as of today, it does seem salvageable.

A few years ago, that maroon GS300 was in a good condition and parked outside that garage. Sad to see such cars getting junked. There was another Mumbai based GS300 that got junked in Bangalore. Off late, I have been seeing a lot of W221 and first gen Porsche Cayenne's getting junked or abandoned in Mumbai by-lanes.
