It's a W126 380SEL which has been modified to a 4-door limousine.
As per the garage owner, it has been under restoration since quite a while now.
Attached are the few pictures.
The restoration is probably on hold due to the RTO's crackdown on such modified limousines. The most recent case being the Chrysler 300C being impounded by the Mumbai RTO.

These are not in his private parking. These cars located near the payment kiosk. This belong to other UB companies which were not transferred to Diageo/ Carlsberg

They will be auctioned to recover whatever dues the banks have against that fraudster. With his assets in the UK being cleared for attachment by the banks' consortium lead by SBI, where's the doubt ?

On second thoughts, and from the topic title itself, I have one generic question. Why do we have so many luxury cars biting the dust ? Common sense and the Mallaya - Choksi - Nirav sagas put together may be the answer. They were bought and used with "adjusted" funds. Once these wells dry up, their dependents are orphaned and left to fend for themselves.

The 500 SEL seems to be in a better condition than most of the other W126's posted here. Just looks like it has been neglected since a long time. The body condition looks good - not much of damage or dents, lights and glasses are in good condition, sunroof not damaged.

A nice car for someone to buy, restore and enjoy. GTO, are you listening?

Had *almost* bought this 560SEL a couple of years back. But today, no time V12. Already have an old girl (Jeep) and work responsibilities have shot up, so can't take on another old car. Period.

These were found near a garage at Turbhe. Please note the W12 badge on the Audi A8L front grill,I wanted to meet the garage owner but was in a hurry hence left, my office is nearby will try to capture more photos.

(Off Topic:- Since my office is at Mahape Navi Mumbai managed to get inside and have a look at Mr Viveck Goenka's pristine collection of Land Rover's and Range Rovers's and also a TN reg '71 Mustang convertible at his warehouse which is just a turn away from my office, I often see these exotics driving around and one of the memorable one was a black Mercedes 600 W100.)

That nasty W12 is probably the reason! Even by high maintenance standards, it was a mess. Spends more time off the road than on it. An engineering failure, that engine was.

You should check out the threads by BHPian xtreme power - sample (Xtreme Power'd Land Rover Discovery "The GoldSpec"). What a collection they have.

And here's an extremely sweet gesture by Mr. Goenka - link (Dad meets his ol' flame : The Mercedes W111).

Hi everyone, this is actually my first post after joining this forum.

Here are some ordinary (but imported) cars that I've come across. Unfortunately I don't have better angles for most of them.

1982 Honda Civic

late 80's Honda Accord

1989 Corolla

90's Toyota Estima Lucida (funnily enough, this has been left to die right outside a cemetery)

90's first-gen Suzuki Vitara

Found this car gathering dust in my apartment complex in Bangalore - AWHO, Whitefield.
BMW E30 3 series (Don't think it's an M - the bumper isn't from the M3).
The car was registered in Delhi in 2007. Anyone else know any other details?

What a first post! JDM graveyard.

Someone needs to save that Vitara, for that matter every car in the post should be saved but Vitara tops the priority list.

That looks like a first generation E30. Definitely not a M3. It doesn't look like it has been sitting there for a very long time. Does anyone know anything about this particular car?
