Looks too small to be a 62. Then again, I may be wrong as the angle is making it truly difficult to tell.

Source from DCIL says there is only 4 Maybachs in India including the demo car with them. So it might be the one which was on road after Ambani & Manikchand. One of the most attractive feature of Maybach is an individual manager for each car & in India DCIL provides it. Hence all the Maybach came to India'll be registered with them.

not all cars are brought through DCIL, some are imported on their own like the Ambani's, so for that I doubt DCIL provides support, considering you can get a maybach for a lot of money off the MSRP in europe and US..it could cost someone round about 4c to bring it into india on road compared to what DCIL charges(closer to 5)

IF its brought from India then it has to be a 62 ...coz i had read it somewhere that they are getting only the 62...
Seriously the pics dont do justice at all ... the car looks splendid otherwise

Even I had seen it last year in ludhiana , on the ludhiana chandigarh road. Had no number plates at that time and was being escorted by 2 two punjab police gypsies (one in front, the other at the back).

I didn't have a cameras at that time to click a pic, but seriously guys, u have to see it to belive, how large this vehicle actually is.

As far as I know, it is owned by some nirankari guru and is a personal import(i.e.non- DCIL) .
