Yes, its an olive green wrapped G63.

Larger air dams in the front bumpers , the Single chrome slat on either sides of the Mercedes logo (which is found on most newer AMGs I guess) and the BiTurbo badging is what I look for when differentiating

This year's event was a no-go for me but I did manage to wake myself on Sunday morning because two of my friends were first-timers and wanted to see the cars zipping around.


As I made my way to the naturally packed Worli Sea Face I caught myself in the midst of the Twin Turbo Gallardo and the 348TB as well as the Chrome Gallardo, a few Z4s and the Phantom owned by YZP. As I thought the Rally had just started I slowed down and to my utter costernation there was GS, VJ and the STS owner on the other side already heading back!!

To say it was HORRIBLY organized is an understatement - the crowds weren't controlled, the Rally wasn't flagged off properly, drivers left and came as they pleased and there was no real atmosphere like there was last year.

The reason for lack of cars is understandable as the amount of people crowding the Vidhan Bhavan Parking Lot to take photos and not letting the cars pass was monumental, I would not drive a Rs. 3 crore car through that crowd, ever.


Here's hoping for a better organized Rally, hopefully at the Race Course next year.

Nope. Its just the G63 that comes with horizontal LED DRLs under the headlamps. Infact, checking for the DRLs is the easiest way to differentiate between a G55 and G63
