News has it that the Rolls Royce Phantom is now banged into a truck. There have been various locations rumoured about the accident and the condition of this car has been assessed to be critical. Now, for that he would dump a multi-crore car and buy a new one hasn't happened does anyone know what the state of the car is? Shreeram you (since you know him well)?
Do the Rolls Royce guys here know of this incident?

Quite some time back. In fact I came to know about this crash through fellow BHPians. I think torque unlimited was the guy who disclosed it.
I am not sure about the severity of the crash but people said that it was quite bad.

RR won't do anything but repair it for the owner. As for the insurance, of course it has to be insured, it's the owner's legal obligation to insure the car before taking her out on public roads.

Well the car has crashed long time back.. it hit a divider and has damaged the entired front left suspension and engine carrier.. also both the front airbags were deployed.. the car is still under repairs as Rolls Royce had to make sure that everything is being done precisely..

I had got news previously that it crashed into the back of a truck. I knew I was right about the extent of the damage though.
