Seasons "apartment" hotel in Aundh seems to be a favorite haunt for exotic vehicle owners.. So far, I have seen a Porchse Cayanee and a Boxter, Merc S Class etc.

I had seen a old model Merc ( dont remember which) with Lorinser kit at the airport.

How does Chandigarh get its own license plate letters?

I suppose it's because it's a UT?

I too had seen an Audi TT red colour near mhatre Bridge. The owner has an office at the corner besides Sweekar Hotel.

My humble ride rubbing shoulders with a midnight blue S-klasse and a black Rangie in Pune.

Loved the Range Rover's brushed satin alloy front and side grilles.

The S-klasse's double projectors looked kewl.

And oh! the grille had a faux vertical plastic piece that imitated the metal louvers. This is a tastefully concealed radar antenna for the "smart" cruise-control system.

Signals from the antenna go to the onboard COMAND computer which does a Doppler effect measurement of the distance to the car in front. Were the car in front to slow or brake suddenly, the smart cruise control will release the accelerator or even apply upto 20% maximum braking force.Beyond that, an alarm sounds and a light flashes to alert the driver.

And the fancy articulated wiper blades caught our fancy. Ajinkya was thrilled to see the extremities of the wiper blade stick to the windshield even when the arm was lifted away quite-a-ways from the glass.

Ram

PS. The poor lighting gave my phone's camera a tough challenge to cope with.

This 360 might have been featured elsewhere on the forum, but it certainly deserves to feature in Pune's dedicated thread.

It also featured in this fabulous shot by BSM

I haven't seen it, though Id say thats quite unlikely that the car is given out for shoots.
