It's not at the moment, don't know if it was. I've met the owner. He has a nice 360 as well!

Last week I spotted a Bentley Continental Flying Spur on the Nagar Rd and yesterday a Range Rover Sport (White) outside Prems, Main North Rd, Koregaon Park.
Both these cars were sporting 'NL' registrations. Am I right in presuming that stands for 'NagaLand'?
Do they have a fixed price on registrations which means exotics are getting registered there (rather than percentage)?

Yes I have also noticed an increasing number of NL registered cars over the past two months. Until two months ago I had NEVER seen an NL registered car. Since then I've seen several. There's obviously some loop-hole being exploited here. Anybody got the low down on what it is?

Yeah, even I was told about a NL regd yellow Ferrari by a friend. When he said that it was a NL regd, I was like "C'mon gimme a break, a NL regd Ferrari??!" Guess, he was right.
Anyway, he spotted it outside Wadias.

Lax rules, even worse implementation. No need to send the car, just an under the table envelope will do. Sort of how earlier it was for HR numbers & MP numbers.

So now you believe me? Thank god!
Seen it a couple of times on Mangaldas road, usually on a Saturday while returning from work. I'll try and remember to take a picture next time.

It's a shame more people do not have Mini Cooper's as their city cars.

I'm sure more people would if they were available locally and not priced stratospherically!
