The GTS versions sit above the S variants of the two models. They have blackened bi-xenon headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), silky black gloss exterior lettering and 20-inch Carrera S wheels shod with 235/35 and 265/35 section tyres at the front and rear respectively. Both cars get standard sports seats and leather interiors with Alcantara elements.
The Boxster GTS and Cayman GTS come with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) chassis, which allows the driver to set up the car for comfort or sportiness by pressing a button.

Both the cars are powered by the same 3.4-litre, six-cylinder, boxer engine as the Boxster S and Cayman S. However, they have been tuned to deliver more power. In the Boxster GTS, it produces 326 bhp, and in the Cayman GTS, it develops 335 bhp - a gain of 15 bhp over the S versions. The torque output has also gone up by 10 Nm.

The Boxster GTS and Cayman GTS get Porsche's Sport Chrono package as standard and come with a Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) gearbox and Sport Plus mode. Porsche claims that the Boxster GTS can do a 0-100 kph sprint in 4.7 second and attain a top speed of 279 kph. The Cayman GTS is even faster with a top speed of 283 kph.

Finally! Though, it's a shame these cars cost us more than the new 911 GT3 RS costs in the US.

Now the real question: will the GT4 ever hit India. Would be a wonderful track tool, if it does. And I suspect, a reasonable daily driver too.
