Why is there speculation about whose garage it is? Read the Heading of this thread. If its somebody else's garage what is it doing in Mohite's thread?

Frickin' awesome garage! What a collection!

Could you please post some more photos?

@Spitfire: The title says, "...and other imports in Kolhapur"

Hey guys,

My two cents' worth of contribution to this thread shall be submitted by me now. One correction is that Ghodawat's cars go by the number "555" and not "5555" as someone in this thread commented earlier. And believe me, whoever has merged Ghodawat's collection into this thread which is titled "Mohite's......" has done great injustice. As far as I know, Ghodawat's collection far out-dazzles Mohite's or anybody else's collection in Kolhapur, except maybe Shahu Maharaj himself

Although, the time that I have spent in the Kolhapur district has only thrown up exotic cars with the number "555" much more often that any other special number. So, that suggests Sanjay Ghodawat may even be outdoing the Shahu Maharaj in that district currently. Recently, a movie starring Neil Nitin Mukesh was produced by the Ghodawat group as well. I think it was titled "Jail".

Once again, people have been raving about Mohite's chopper in this thread but frankly, it is nothing compared to the Euro Chopper owned by the Ghodawats. By the way, Sanjay's father Daan Chand Ji and big brother Vinod Ji Ghodawat still live in the village of Jaisingpur, which is on the way from Kolhapur to Miraj on MSH-3.

Hey Guys, no this collection does not belong to Mohite's. It belongs someone else who has far more exotic and versatile cars in the garage, and this is the parking lot in his office!
Adding a few more pics..

Whoever the owner is, that guy has some great taste. Nice to see the Caddy. I think the title of this thread should be "Imports in Kolhapur".
EDIT: Just saw that mods have changed the title.

Hi Maverick,

I can see "555" on one of the number plates. So, this is definitely from the Ghodawats' collection. And I agree with you about the "far more exotic....." bit

Really cool pics

Cheers

No. Not really.. Its just that there is a ton of money and they do not know what to do with it.

Sheesh ! How on earth did I miss this page(and the last one)? Beautiful line up there. And great snaps buddy ! Sadly enough, I can't find any favorite among them. If I love some cars, i hate the colors or chrome on them. For now, The pics have to be the Am, Caddy and the Towncar.

And, what is all the cars doing at the office ? Huh ! Showpieces, are they ?

Ghodawat's are surely way far ahead of few silver sperms in northern part ehh after all he is a self-made Zillionaire; someone who can be an inspiration rather than just envy, which mostly is the case in terms of gold eggs laid by golden chickens. Both of his sons are way too humble & down to earth to boast such a collection.

Ghodawat's prefers buying cars in BULK i think. There were speculations of Lambo SL & AM DBS(C) in area few days back which of only Lambo was confirmed but without snaps. No idea about whoz stable it graced ! The Bhonsale's (Pune), Poonawalla's (Pune), Ghodawat's, Mohite's or someone else's

Any news from TBHP-paparazzis from the area ?

whoaa...Simply amazing collection of cars! One of the best garages I've seen in a long time. Aston, Bentley, Porsche, Cadillac...beautiful!
I have seen a similar STS in Bandra. Looks classy and beautiful!

C'mon Maverick, give us some more pics!!

EDIT: Did some Googling and found these interesting links which have more pictures of his exotics:

Sanjay Ghodawat has several (Literally more than 100) Cars out of which many luxurious and imported cars. Apparently, a few weeks back, Mr.Sanjay Ghodawat’s cars were on display at Kolhapur Sasnik Ground in Tarabai Park Area.
