Dan the Auto Expo is held every two years. The last one was held in Jan/Feb 2006, so the next is going to be in 2008. Or are you referring to some other Auto Show?
Just got back from the auto expo. Its really nice!
Saw a Skyline for the first time in my life :) Dunno if it was a V-spec. The board only said its 550BHP.
Mugen has a stall there. Lambo is just too classy.. no words for that machine!
There were Modded Honda citys, EVOs and a TATA Indica! Indica was a 3500CC V8 rear engine, RWD, 350BHP with wide body kit claiming 0 to 100 in 4.5 secs!!
Jaw dropping cars like Audi Q7, AMG-Merc SL55, BMW 790(?) and ofcourse Sam's JBL Cadillac :)
On two wheels, A 200CC and 220CC Pulsar. 200 looked better than the 220, Bajaj's scooter Blade. Old Honda Fireblade (Dunno y it was there?), Naked Yamaha FZ6 and two modded Bullets! One of them was all done up Cafe racer style and it looked really hot!
Is anyone going to the show??

Just clicked few pics at the Bajaj Stall there...
They are coming up with the Bajaj Pulsar 200 DTS-i in Jan 2007,and the Pulsar 220 DTS-Fi in April 2007.
I had seen and heard about the 220 earlier,but the 200 model..well,never ever heard or read about it before this expo..
Also met viper out there..he has his own stall too..*********************
JBL,MTX Audio and Kicker cars were there on display..(same ones which were at AV Expo 2006 recently at Taj Lands End,Bandra).
Other highlights were the Lamborghini,Rolls-Royce and Audio stalls.
Mugen Power Honda City as well as Honda Civic were on display by Linkway Honda..I asked Linkway people there wether HSCI would still give standard warranty on the cars after Mugen Kits were fitted by Linkway,and the straight forward answer is NO..
Price for the Mugen Kit for Honda Civic - Approx Rs8,00,000.
Price for the Honda City ZX Mugen Kit - Approx Rs4,00,000.
V-Kool Films is giving a 15% discount on their MRP rates at the Expo.
Garware SunControl Films also have their stall as well as Demo display car there.
Also saw the Chevrolet SR-V TurboCharged car there..150bhp..Rs1,50,000 for the modification..I think it's done from the company,and in their case,the warranty is still valid from the company unlike Honda India.

srasania, you're a bit off the mark.
Chevy shall void the vehicle warranty if the kit is installed. They do have a warranty on the supercharged engine, though.
So much for factory support!
They told me it was 1.75 lakhs for the kit. Also, please note, the 150 hp is estimated NOT proven. They have yet to take the car to a dyno.
Also the car warranty gets voided if you fit the supercharger.

Claiming 150HP i asked him what type of supercharger are they using? i get reply
" Sir its belt Driven". eh.. Ok i will find out.
seeing his reply i asked him how much is the power loss to drive that supercharger? & what is the difference between this SRV & other stock Non supercharged SRV apart from supercharger & what about engine management system diferent Fuel/Ignnition Map ? & what injectors are you using? and in reply i get a dump Look from the Exibitor! no wonder they are not giving warranty !
