is this guy a journo? Amazing to see him coolly lift the image off my page and posting them after cropping the watermarks. You can see a lighter watermark on the number plate holder area which I put on anticipating people nicking it off. Sad to see a so-called journo do it. And I see he is from MotorTrend, they'd done this earlier too.

What is the point? Will Teslas in India get OTA updates? Will their navigation work? There is no supercharger network and I am not sure what standards do we follow as charging ports. CCS?
Wouldn't one also need 240v for a Tesla? These are imported from Netherlands?

This is exactly what I was thinking to. I doubt you'd be able to just plug it into our electric ports without some support.

Well I'm pretty sure the people who've imported it must've have figured out the problem of charging atleast.

I have my doubts about the exemption of RTO charges for Tesla. Any reason for you to believe that they were exempted?

Would've been a huge hue and cry from the solo domestic electric car maker had an import been given an exemption while they are still struggling to sell their vehicles because of the price point.
