Very interesting find islero. So the noose is really tightening around the Mumbai imported cars dealers that they have to move their cars to another city. The SLK/London Cab are the same cars that are pictured in this and corresponding threads.

P.S: Islero, it would really be appreciated by Team-BHP and the car owner that you blank out the registration numbers when you post pics. Thanks.

Hey thanks for banking out the number plates V12, I usually do blank out plates but I forgot this time. Extremely sorry about that.

Yeah, I know, there are people willing to buy costly cars here in Chennai, but it sint as easy as in Mumbai.

Hey guys,
Deepavali Morning post crackers, I was drooling over this beauty. What amazing wheels!!!! No engine mods, or even body mods for that matter, just the wheels ( they alone cost 2 lakhs!!!!!). Those 18 inch wheels are reminiscent of the vision SLR concept's wheels.
I also have a video of the roof opening, awesome video, check it out!!!

hey islero...dude the car in ur pic...seems pretty much similar to the one gordon saw on his way to college in bandra.....dont u think!!!

Yup. Its the same car, no doubt. The cars seem to have been transferred to Chennai because of custom problems in Mumbai.

Anyways, the car is a normal SLK230 with AMG wheels with a lot of stickers which are now removed.

Yellow SLK 230

This car is in Ahmedabad.
Is owned by the same person who owns the 760li and 650 convertible among others in his collection. Mav knows who I am talking about.

This was one of the very first SLKs in the country, was bought in 1999, pics taken in 2004.

Pics are taken at our house, but car NOT owned by us.

Well that's funny 'cause about a month after this post you yourself started a thread about an SLK & CLS in Delhi. And incidentally YOU were riding in the SLK with the top down
