That is a real good news for OG. Is the company gave him the black colour car with same spec. If so the wheels are really boring on it.

Gl

Hi Hanmust,

Love the GL man, although ppl's opinion is divided, the car has a basic appeal... i think VW & MB should go for a different stock alloy design to enhance the street presence of these cars... any pics of the GL's interiors?

I too agree, I too love GL. THe alloy on it better looking in flesh. There are some more other better designs available. You can find more photos & test report here : http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/test-d...di-tested.html

Hanmust great pictures. The Touareg looks small compared to the GL, never realised that. I sat in my friends car here and the ride and comfort is no different than the ML. the only advantage is it is a 7 seater and has more electronics.

@ Arjunkr the sera is a good car to build and fairly easy with the parts being available abroad for it. I think you should go for it if it is available at a cheap price.

Ya same family but mainly two brothers use those imported machines. GL, Tourage & TLC is owned by Kalyan Jweller, were as S is by Kalyan SIlks. All others use less expensive ones.

No, I don't think that I'll be exibiting it for that. Moreover I want to do some job on it before I exibit anymore. I agreed for the earlier show only because of a hard request from a young friend.

@cyrus43, i guess you might have noticed. such observations seem to be missed by some members contributing to this thread. It has also become a sort of 'orkut' like scrap book where-in one is able to view and make personal comments regarding ones achievements, capabilities and general advice.

Btw Mr. Sam Kapasi sir, would you be able to spare a lesson or two regarding posting in proper english on this thread sometime? thank you.

also, very sorry i dint place my contribution yet. I was at the hotel Casino at Willington island in Kochi today. Noticed a few imported bicycles were chained to a pole in the car park. it had disk brakes and all. brought down for a daily drive use by the Volvo Ocean Race participants. Sorry i couldnt get any pictures. Maybe next time.
