spotted a lexus landcruiser and merc s class (old) in the basement car parking of a popular jewellery .

Latest update:

1. The first X5 to Calicut will reach here next week...the car is ready at Chennai, its dusty silver type of colour.

2. One Hummer heading to Calicut. Its said to be H2, white colour.

3. Two more Q7 confirmed to the city, totalling to 3. the first one will be here by first week of Feb. There is four Q7s in Cochin at present.

4. Couple of ML might be also added to the city's list.

5. One more S320 CDI will be in Clt by Jan.

Was that a Lexus SUV that I saw near my home near the Missionaries of Charity in Ernakulam?? A pure white one?? Or was it a re-badged LC/prado?? Could not have a closer look. The ricks were creating a ruckus since they cannot pass when I slowed down. This was on 25th - christmas day.

(BTW, there is a workshop near the Cemetery junction on Chittoor road. A lot of old imports come there for repair. I think sightings there do not qualify for this thread.

On 26th, saw a white KA registration Toyota hatch (forgot the badging), a TN registration Land Cruiser AND an ancient Merc - the badging simply said "220 diesel". CAN registration.)

Looks like there's gonna be a whole lot to see in Calicut,apart from the beach.
Thought a cousin of mine mentioned that the owner of Paragon/Sagar (not sure which one) was supposed to get a couple of SBKs to Calicut. Any spottings?

Havent heard about those restaureurs gettin any sbk's.By the way the bike dude of clt has got down a '08 suzuki GSX R1000.so watchout for somethin in blue n white zoomin past.He should be out with it in a day or two.

A CL 55 AMG is supposed to come to calicut.But its another question whether the owner would fancy the attention, hence might keep it in chennai itself.

i too heard bout the CL.Is it a CL 55 or CL 65???only the CL 65 and CL63 comes in the new version.

Latest on TVM-Black BMW 730Ld (TN reg.),was surprised to see it parked at a local drive in restaurant at kesavadaspuram.
Then a new Merc M class at a car accesories shop again at Kdpm.
No camera as well as cam phone with me,so no pics again....

So tbhpians at TVM keep your cams ready....

If its W216 serier CL, then it'll be CL63 or CL65...but if its W215 series, it'll be CL55 only...so far no news of sigting it...

thats right!The CL 65 will cost in excess of 150 lakhs which is a whopping sum.But the car is an absolute beauty!

Its not only beautiful but also very powerful...1000NM peak torque will drift U away asif in a super car...& it'll much more than Rs.150 lacs..but whether its CL65 or CL55, wers the road to drive it...

Its a black CL55 W215 Series. It was the same car that was up for sale in bombay a while back. I doubt the car will ever leave Chennai and at the rate the owner changes cars it wont be with him long.
