Yes I am very sure now. This Phantom stayed just a couple of blocks away from where I used to stay in Bangalore. The guy who has/had the Bangalore HR 16 Phantom is also a Reddy. Must be the same guy. He also owns a white Jaguar XF-S. Wonder what he's going to get as a replacement for the Phantom.

HH denied the gift. I am well aware of that news. But fixing a Royal emblem on the car for one day seemed unlikely, hence I doubted if he changed his mind later.

@Arunabh - As I said, most probably it will come back. If not, maybe another one, or a Mulsanne?

It is the same south Bangalore Phantom. Saw it actually last sunday also in his house. Surprised how someone gifted a used one, that too to someone like HH

I don't see any connection between them. The Phantom was gifted to HH Uthradom Tirunal Marthanda Varma on the occassion of his 90th birthday celebrations.
