Ashwin, is this a Novitec Rosso tuned engine by any chance? I thought I saw the familiar logo at the engine bay, it's tiny but I think it is. Any confirmation?

Forgot to attach the pic, I circled the supposedly Novitec Rosso logo, or I could be mistaken about it. Might just carbon fiber cover for the air box?
And speaking of interiors, the plastic wrapping is still intact! The previous owner must have really not used this car at all (heard it ran only 2K km). The hotelier is indeed lucky!

Glad to see another Ferrari show up very soon. I believe those are scuderia stripes (and not THE actual 430 scuderia)? The real scuderia alloys are amazing compared to the stock ones.

Seems like the pics are taken in Mumbai. I can also spot the golden SL55 AMG behind the F430 which was also for sale at that dealership.
