Honestly they need to test waters now, They have the product, they can just Homologate it and launch it and see how it does, I have been looking forward to it since the time they launched it,

Thank god they discarded the idea of using the Micra as Smart in certain markets,

Spotted this SMART CrossBlade in Alibaug in December 2011.
It is LHD and has not been Registered.
The Owner has just kept it for Display in his Garage.

I didn't want to start another Thread even though this SMART is in Alibaug and not Mumbai.

i am looking for a smart fortwo.

i wouldn't mind a mercedes a or b class, a bmw 1 series, a mini cooper or even a fiat 500 cup/abarth but i would prefer the smart.

if you find any for sale within the budget of 15 lacs please let me know.

No offence but except the Cooper and the B-Class, none of the cars you mentioned has even launched in India. & I doubt any 'used' example of the above two would be on sale at the moment.

no offence taken, i know that only the Cooper and the B-Class are available in India and that i won't find a used one at the moment.

i also know that the others aren't available in India but i know that there are at least 5 Smarts, 2 A-Classes, and a few older-gen Mini Coopers that have been imported privately as well as a few Fiat 500's sold via Fiat dealers (the 500 has been launched in India) that exist in India.

since i have a Team-BHP Membership i thought of asking here.

i have looked through the Classifieds but i haven't found any of the cars from my list.
