Nice buy speedy... At least she is in good hands now. The black beemer has Alpina rims. so it probably has Alpina tuning, the best for beemer!

thank you liv2drv. all i can say is a dream turned into reality. so you can expect the best for this car.
they look like alpine wheels on the black BMW but i think they are copies. alpine tuning is the best for BMW have to agree with you on this one.

Alpina. I'm surprised you know Breyton, but couldn't recognise the giveaway Alpina multi-spokes!

speedy - why not get other slightly bigger bbs wheels in a similar design. the stock ones are looking a bit small IMO.

i was talking solely of the 635csi awini. do you know where the 633 went ? have not heard of it or seen it. my 635 used to be silver when it was imported. the second owner who i bought it from painted it white. so hope you not talking about the same car.
was this the bombay 850 red in colour with the kit ? the Z1 fabulous car with the doors going into the body where are these cars any idea ?

no its not the same car if yours is a 635, that was owned by regina kebschull at the IGEP and was definitely a 633. the 8 series was red, and as i recall it had a Delhi number.so cant say if it was a Bombay car, the z1 was owned by a very controversial man, he had several sports cars in the early nineties, which he regularly gifted to his daughter. don't know its whereabouts now. iv seen it a few times, once, being driven with the doors dropped down.

Alpina Blue can also be considered. But not sure if it would go well with the existing BBS wheels
