Since we were there at night the collpsable gates were closed so we took pictures through the gaps but I'm sure they will be oipen during the day. I'm definately going back there in the day time for some more pictures. Really wanna find out who the owner is.

Awesome pictures Dippy, this is awesome. I love the 2004 WRX. where was this dippy? id like to go check it out myself too. i hope it gets a sideways workout sometime soon. the owner seems to have a good taste when it comes to cars, wouldn't have bothered hanging on to that 110(?) otherwise.
great stufff guys, made my day.

Wow! Team-BHP rocks....and nothing can escape our cameras around town. Its only a couple of days since someone spotted a Subaru on marine drive and here she is...the real deal!

A Blue with golden wheels Impreza...and a RHD at that. Life couldnt be anymore perfect for this owner. Imagine a duel between the EVO 6 and the STi?

Awesome find guys, I missed it. Can just imagine the faces when you saw it in the flesh.

Hey guys,

Here is what i was telling u guys last nite......
heres a pic of the 2004 WRX STi i had taken in the states...

The black thing on the left starting from the front of the engine bay going to that black box.... is the air intake going to the airbox/filter.
The silver intercooler with the STi logo on it is what cools the intake air by the external air flowing over it, which has come in from the hoodscoop....

cheers

DAAAAAAMMMNNNN.....this is awesome!! A 2004 Scooby in Mumbai!

Saw it flying by on the expressway on saturday! First, saw the huge spoiler over the plants in the center, thought it was a plain ol' lancer with a wing, then saw the hood scoop....and then heard ot fly past! WOW. Just like you hear on TV man....rough and loud!

Little did I think I'll be seeing pictures of it on T-bhp. lol

I think I am going to be flying high for the next couple of days - Seeing the Impreza in the flesh this afternoon with Rehaan....the two of us were all over the car. Rehaan noticed that the front discs were not cross drilled. I did some research and yes, cross-drilled brakes are not standard on the Impreza or the EVO.

The Bridgestone tread design is to die for, they look more like slicks than traditional tarmac tyres...and 225/45/17 rubber on Brabus wheels at that! That after market exhaust looks like one of the typical "Fast and the Furious" big metal can types and I'd rather have not seen it on such a perfect Impreza.

We positioned ourselves for the driver view (from the outside silly) and were stunned. In Mercs, you see the bonnet mounted three pointed logo while driving. Well, in the Subaru you see the big mean hood scoop!

I have seen many an Impreza in the States, but it somehow looks much meaner on Indian roads.

GTO

P.S. The security guy also said that the owner has a Ferrari that is away for some garage work.

Lol, this car has got u bad..... u mean BBS

I have to admit that GTO and Me were both rather dissapointed when we saw the car.... because both of us secretly wanted to be the first guys in bombay to own a blue WRX STi with golden wheels

I wasnt really paying attention to what u asked the watchman (for obvious reasons)... but it seemed like he was just saying yes to everything u asked him...not having a clue what it meant

Reminded me of once when i was a kid in the car at breach candy there was a 328 ahead of me in traffic, so i started shouting "oh my god!! FERRARI!!! FERRARII!!!!" *and my driver was like " kya?? kidhar? KONSI GAADI MEIN??" lol

but hey....i hope he does have one! believe me i will check from time to time!
What made u think he had one though GTO?? just judging from the other cars?
