Pics: Mercedes A-Class AMG

Hey I spotted this A-class AMG at CBD belapur today,

its owned by a sardarji (delhi plates), its a diesel...but it was damn noisy for a merc...powerfreak n i stopped him n asked if we cud take a couple of photos to which he happily obliged.

know wat!!! this thing passes over my house everyday!! he had even broken his head light once!!!.. it has some nice low profile rubber!

Cool 1...I had read in one of the posts that this car will be launched in India soon.True??

Ps. : Does`nt this car looks too small for the Surdy.

Although as big as an E class inside, no one wil pay 15 lakhs for it - never mind what the wimmen say, size matters !

you mean its as big as the current E right? cuz its not as big as the old E..the current E is small as hell..smaller than anything i have known.

Surdy was very nice to us, he told us we cud take pictures....he even posed in the second one hehehe.

Although i did mention team bhp, but i dont think he understood what i was saying....(he was preoccupied with smiling for the pictures)

Is this really an AMG? i don't see any sporty exhaust embellishments, also if drifter says it's a diesel, do they make diesel AMGs? Or is it just the AMG kit or worse still AMG badge?

It looks more like an AMG Badge rather than the Bodykit.

Ya only the wheels are AMG. The body kit is not AMG.

wow then these are not at all worth it!!! there is no way soneone in the right state of mind pick this over a C cuz A140 surely as hell comes to right about the same price as a C..

No , Merc has no plans of launching th A in the near future in India.
The say it turns out to be preety expensive for them.
They rather concentrate on C E S and M
