Doubt that this one is a 1995 model. I think its a 1997 model.

Eclipse reminds of 2F2F....hows much does it retail for ?? somehow red looks too chiche..a jazzier colour would look much better

Don't the Eclipse Spyder GTs have a V6? Also in North America, the Mercury Cougar is its twin brother.

The V6 engines were introduced in 2000 when the next generation of Eclipse was launched. This car never had a V6, all its variants were available in inline four cylinder engines.

i spotted it again today . Opposite vikram petrol pump ...juhu-versova link road . There was even a o3 r1 next to the red coloured topless beauty :P

Yup, you're right. It was my friend's. Whose now in Russia. Diamond merchant. Imported it from the states. We've had some amazing times in the car in our early 20's. Don't remember now how long he had it for. But the new owner probably coloured it red or something. Not sure. Was just looking at the imports and supercars thread. Came across this post. Kindled old memories.

Many years ago I replied to a newspaper ad for a red Eclipse for sale in Mumbai, it was an old gentleman who actually sent me pictures of the car by post. What a great guy, I wonder where he and that car are now. He also had an old imported Honda hatchback.

hey! havnt heard about the honda but the red eclipse is parked near my house and almost never goes out, ive seen it sitting there for the past 5 years and i see it almost everyday.i hope to see it back up and running one day!
