Dude. This car is cool. Big For a hatch. I think so.

Man just wait. Hot-Hatches will soon overtake many cars.

Debadging usually involves removing the model name (A3 and engine CC in this case) leaving one to guess what kind of car it is.The company logo though would not be touched. I once saw a debadged E63 without the AMG badges on the back screaming at me, it took me a while to recognize it is a E63.

This is probably the same one which funkydevil spotted. The driver was like zipping through the traffic in rainy wet conditions. The acceleration seemed mindblowing. Its running on UK license plate.

Also spotted this same one again with the black one on the western highway last night.
Wonder whats Audi upto!!

So its an Audi tester! Man I wish I was the tester!

X-Machine this car is running on German plates, registered in Ingolstadt as can be seen from the plates.

Do you call Q7 and Q5 as crossover estates? They are SUVs, may not be conventional truck based SUVs but are modern day SUVs

This looks like an A3. Latest edition of Autobild has mentioned that Audi has concrete plans of introducing A3 in India.

Methinks they are going to make a sedan version of the A3 hatch for BRIC markets.

I dont see the need to test because under the skin its just a Laura or Jetta.

I wouldn't give too much weight to these Audi sightings.....see too many Audis running around with German numberplates in Mumbai. Whether they are undergoing tests or are casual imports unrelated to their launch plans is anyones guess.

A New Super-car Hatchback?

The Aug31 issue of AutoBild mentions that there is a possibility of Audi launching the A3 hatchback in India.

Petrol is 200bhp and Diesel is 170bhp.

Where do we use all this power on Indian roads?

This car is one of the most popular cars in Germany and Switzerland!

This beast rocks with its power, pricing and practicality, hope this happens the same way when this is launched in India..
