PICS : BMW 6 Series spotted!

he said 4 645i's ...he said there are 2 in pune and none in delhi..
i happened to see a 645i..2 weeks back..he also said he got the info from the BMW guy..

the 4 series hasnt even been launched yet..eee!!

Nice to see some decent BMW's in India. They are big sellers in China. The way India is growing I'm surprised that there is no 'official' presence in the country yet. Mercedes have been there for years...

But are you sure there are 9?? ,coz i feel that most of the silver 6 series i gues are the same.

BMW has offically lauchned the 7series and the 6 series..

carsmakers to follow suit

Audi-A6 and the base model TT

Bentley - Continental GT and the flying spur

Porsche - Boxster ,Carrera and the Cayenne

nissan soon to launch the 350Z

Nopes maverik. do u have a pic of it? The 6 series has become as common as the Cayenne. Quite difiicult to keep a track of the number of 6 series.

Very soon buddy.....verrryy soon i will get a chance to dump my mercedes for a sweet beamer!! BMW is working on its Indian manufacturing line up, they have begun setting up an assembly line in south india and a few cars have been imported by the company for rigorous testing on our roads and climate.

@turbo lover- When did BMW 'offically' launch the 7 or 6 or for that matter any series?? Navnit just imports the cars from BMW to the customers in India, so i am not sure if you can really call that an 'offical' launch. I think what Ashok means by offical is not completly imported versions.

errrrr, i meant 'four' 6 series or 'four' 645i's! nevermind that, i sat in the car yesterday, going for a test drive today

Anyways.. good news guys.. one more silver 645ci was delivered today for Mumbai.. a hard top one with glass roof and HUD.. will post the pics later,

The BMW 6 Series GC, i presume, spotted at D'Monte Park, Bandra, Bombay today. Spotted a host of other imports there. Will post them in relevant threads.

If by GC you mean Gran Coupe, then no. It looks more like a late E63 645i or an early 650i. The Gran Coupe was only released in 2012 in the new F06/F12/F13 generation 6 series.
