Does the Pullman belong to Mr Yusuf Ali (Lulu Group)?

It apparently does belong to him. However, no other images exist of that car in India apart from the one shared above. Fairly ambiguous if it really came down.

That Bentley Continental R was a common sight in the city back in the day. If I remember right, it was here on TR and eventually was locally registered.

Didn't a Noble M600 come down once too?

This is the H1 people have been talking about. This picture i had taken in the 2010 or 2011 parx supercar show where the owner had come along with a G55 AMG. The 6x6 came much later.

Awesome list!

Didn't know about the Deloreans and the Tesla Roadster.

This is one that I never quite believed (although I did hope for it at the time!).

I think two possible things led to this confusion/rumour:

1) Soon after the SLR was launched, the updated SLK landed on Indian shores, and it had the same "F1 nose" as the SLR. Casual observers might confuse the two:

2) There was an SL500 with a modified front end. This would be more convincing in terms of size (compared to the SLK):

There's actually a handful of these in India. Some for which pictures haven't surfaced on the forum yet. Maybe even BHPian owned

Here's a thread with a lot of pics: An Afternoon on the Beach with a Hummer H1

Wasn't the Zonda a hoax?

Here's the link to the Huyara transiting through Mumbai airport.

Yes indeed! M12 GTO. Good one to add to the list

Apparently there might have been some DC connection.

He was supposed to redesign it - whether it happened is another matter

I believe that both belonged to the same owner.

Most cars in this list were either imported by private owners via carnet or else imported by manufacturers for promotional events.
After the car left India, it was first seen in the UK and I distinctly remember it being on UK plates then.

More recently though, the vehicle briefly appeared on an episode of 'Daily Driven Exotics' where it was being worked on at the famed H1 specialists out in the US, Predator.Inc where the owner of the shop mentioned the car had come down from India and something about it being the only one in the country and all.

Now I'm torn whether to believe the car will come back to India or not.

This turned into a big messy fight between DC and Noble in the end.

I believe there is a Slingshot in Pune IIRC.

The Stingray is a nice add. Had forgotten about it. Charger as well is a good one.

Nice add .

Here's one more:

The Toyota GT86 was showcased at the Auto Expo in 2014. Not even 1 came to India.

I do not have any pictures right now, but IIRC there was an Ariel Atom showcased in the IIT Bombay Tech Fest in 2012 or 13. It was shown alongside a Subaru WRX.

Yes both the Ariel Atom and the Subaru Impreza belong to the same garage.

More about these two and other garagemates in this thread - https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/super...tion-cars.html (Gautam Singhania's fantastic collection of cars!)

Not sure if these qualify for this thread.

Mr. Trump's Beast and entourage spotted in Ahmedabad during his visit earlier this year.

A Rolls Royce Parkward visited from Bangladesh way back in 2015 for some maintenance work. This was taken in Mumbai at the port before being loaded to Delhi.
