Today i saw this camper parked in sec 28 market can anybody share more on what it is

Its a Fiat 242 18d camper van produced somewhere between 1977-80
it was also produce as Citroen C35 camper van, as a result of Fiat-Citroen cooperation.It was produced till 1987

Hey can anybody put some light on whats under the hood
