This is probably the most high value garage in the country but I don't see them as enthusiasts. There was an incident some years back where one of the Ambani kids had crashed his Aston Martin into 2 cars and the next day the old driver showed up to take the blame. I'm guessing post that all of them must just be chauffeur driven.

MA's elder son, I guess, is the enthusiast in the family. He's usually spotted behind the wheel. He must be the one buying all these supercars. The younger one is often spotted being chauffered around in the RR Drophead or Range Rover.

‘I am a man of simple tastes who drives one car’ - Anil Ambani (Statement to UK court in Chinese banks case).

I wonder which is his one car he drives.

Re: The Jio / Ambani Garage : Massive collection of Imports & Supercars

Thread starts saying "one of the richest" !

Doesn't really excite since there is no passion involved in selecting the cars. They could buy anything they want and I guess they wouldn't care too.

I wonder which used car dealer has the inns to the fleet. I rarely see them on the used car market, they would be great buys if one has access to the stable.

I have seen him self driving his S350/400, think it was blue in color.

Did anyone notice that a good number of cars have the Indian flag on their dashboard?

The Jio Garage also houses couple of Jeep Wranglers, one red and the other beige. There were couple of Bentley Continental Flying Spurs in this garage as well, a blue CFS was a regular spotting on Peddar Road / Kemps Corner few years back. Usually it was followed by a white Honda CRV. It seems like those cars have made way for the newer generation Bentleys and RRs. Or maybe these are still lying somewhere in the massive parking lot.

Most of the older ones will be going to their senior employees or to different factories/ guesthouse. I don’t think, they need to sell.

From whatever I am aware of, couple of G-Wagons were added in the fleet, 2 months before. Do look for a Black and a Magno Platinum

Gautam Singhania's garage would be an interesting one to see as he is an car enthusiast. I still remember he used to come to the Raymond racetrack (Right beside the Singhania School) to drift and we could hear the tyres squeal or even see him drift his cars from some specific locations in the school.

Whenever we could hear an helicopter nearby we knew its drifting time

This E38 7 Series extended wheelbase belonged to Dhirubhai Ambani. The car is finished in a shade called Titan Silver and is powered by a V12 engine. Only 899 cars were produced.
That L7 E38 looks spectacular even today

Re: The Jio / Ambani Garage : Massive collection of Imports & Supercars

I once read a quote. After you park your vehicle and you turn around to look back at it means you love your car.

I dont see that happening with any of the above vehicles. Its sad that while there are some great machines here don't really think if they could talk would say they feel appreciated.

Re: The Jio / Ambani Garage : Massive collection of Imports & Supercars

This proves yet another time that there is no car that will be granting the ultimate satisfaction. The focus needs to be on the driving experience. I am sure that no Ambani will be able to match a common man's driving experience in terms of freedom or fun. Convoys are for VIPs(Very Important Person/Prisoner).
