A friend sent me these pictures. This Ferrari was apparently parked outside the main entrance of the 2008 Concours D'elegance show for a while. (http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/vintag...-report-5.html)

wow, that ferrari is either a rebuilt or has been maintained really well from the first day! looks really NEAT! and i dont think those are the alloy wheels they use to get from the company.they had a different design.could be wrong but thats what i think.

Wondering if those are stock wheels and tires. The fat tires really stick out beyond the fender in the rear view. Pinninfarina would never design like that.

Most definitely not stock sizes.
I'm guessing the tyres are atleast 2-3cm wider, and possibly a very different offset from those deep dishes (the OEM alloys seemed pretty "flat").
Looks great though.

This car used to br black earlier and is equipped with a tubi exhaust. This car was earlier owned by the Senan's of Delhi.
Guess the badging is wrong too, it's actually a GTB.

Yes Karl the 348 stood outside the concours D'elegance show till almost 4pm. The wheels and tyres are from the 355. The car is immaculately maintained right from the start and the current owner is the second owner of the car. I even heard from his friend that he flies down the mechanics to service the car.
The SL belongs to a friend and the GTR to someone i know.

The owner is from calcutta but his son lives in mumbai. He has 2 very beautiful vintage Rolls Royce and had a silver porsche some years back, dont know which model but not a 911.

the irony is that the 348 was one of the worst ferraris to come out of the factory. pathetic handling and no performance worth talking about. the past president of ferrari Luca di Mont got smoked at the lights by an Abarth fiat and he couldnt keep up in his 348. This spurned the revolution within the company, headed by Luca to re-write the ways they made cars. So i guess you can thank the 348 for the current crop of ferraris today.

The 360 was the last proper good looking car they made IMO. Today's Ferraris are all aerodynamically flawless. But they aren't beautiful are they?
