Couldn't really see what its for but had DP Stickers all over it..I think some mobile CCTV monitoring van or something like that...

Don't think so Nitin. Most Apollo's have a sprinter as a ambulance in their fleet.

Yesterday at around 16:00, the Leela Palace Sprinter was parked outside of Manipal Hospital Entrance on Old Airport Road, making it difficult to take the U Turn.
