McLaren inaugurates first Indian showroom in Bombay.

The dealership will have the McLaren 720S, McLaren GT & the 765LT Spider on sale at the moment. McLaren Artura will arrive beginning of 2023.

Infinity cars is the sole official dealership in charge of sales, after sales and service.

I have always loved McLaren cars, I hope they get the Senna here.

I have been driven around in both the 720S and GT, Amazing cars, though 720S is a bit harsh on the ride part, It handles really well. The brakes do make a lot of noise and everything feels close to you, the engine, road etc. GT is plush and really comfortable to drive around. It has a trunk and a frunk. I used to keep bags in the trunk of the GT, It is massive.

Only drawback: Getting in and out of both the cars is a big hassle. And finding the door request sensor is a bit of a challenge, on one its a button to squeeze on other its a triangular wedge you press.

Spec on all the McLaren's are beautiful. Will anyone be allowed to visit the McLaren dealership or will it be on an appointment basis.

Is the 765LT really 12 crore as per news articles. Would be very interesting to understand the logic, margins as the car is priced exactly 1.5x of Urus Performante globally. Urus Performante is priced between 5.00 to 5.50 on road across different cities in India with standard options.

The price quoted is the OTR for the car displayed at the launch. The gent who bought the car specified it heavily with over Rs 2cr in options alone. The UK list price for the 765LT Spider is about £310k, so accounting for our 200% duty, the ex-showroom is a shade under Rs 10cr, which quite adds up considering that the car will be registered in MH which has a relatively low road tax.

What is particularly surprising is how they have managed to sell a 765LT (or two) despite it costing over twice what the 720S costs. I do know that both are very different cars but can't look over the fact that the 765LT is based on the 720S.

The 765 we delivered was tastefully specced with MSO Bespoke Paint & Carbon Fiber all around. Drive & Feel of that car was so amazing. it was a beast. Got few more surprises lined up
