Saw a Merc SLS or SLK today at russel st./little russel st. Silver in colour, sorry I cudnt identify the car, it was a merc convertible must have been the SLK. A young guy with short hair was driving it, he just revved up and whizzed past by around 7 in the evening.

Arpan are you sure it was silver?îf its silver then it must be the old SL,anish had posted pics of long back.It can also be the grey SLK which was on display at the topsia showroom for a few months.Im not too sure whether it got sold or not.

There is also a white SLK,found doing rounds of russel street.I had post pics of the few months back.

@cityvic: then it must have been the white one which you are speaking about. You see, it is difficult to differentiate between metallic silver and white at night, that too for a fraction of a second, and that too on an exotic my brain was busy identifying the car, my heart was busy drooling and my ears were busy taking in the music of the engine, and somehow I was busy driving my own car. Lets hope to see it again soon.

Friends is the sls the one with gul wing doors? the one which schumi appears with? then definitely it was not the sls. my mistake. it was the slk cityvic had spotted and shot and posted ealier.

Some HOT News!!! I Spotted the Jaguar XK(soft top) in Park Street on Temp. Plates this evening. I am not sure if it was the XK-R but it was super looking. That is a first in Kolkata.

Spotted the following cars over the past few days.
1) Volkswagen Beetle

2)Toyota Prius

3)Mazda Miata.(Lovely, little, cute)

4) An old Beemer.
The interesting thing about the beemer is it has been lying in that parking for quite a few weeks and gathering dust. It is in the same parking where we had earlier spotted the Black Porsche 924. BTW it is still there.

5) The Audi R8 V10

Nice pics btw. We are seeing this Miata for the first time, as Shamik rightly pointed out. My brother saw a white Nissan Patrol last week in Sealdah. But couldn't get any pics of the same.

Saw a Jag XJ-L, Rangie Sport (Both black), LR Disco- White, LR-Freelander x 2 today.

Where? At the upcoming JLR Showroom. Cars are kept at the driveway, showroom is still under construction.

And no, its not the TATA showroom at AJC Rd.
