Cls 350

Spotted this one in front of my house. when i was busy clicking pics (ooops! sorry used Mobile cam) - the driver said, "yeh gaadi mein kya khaas baat hai?" (what is special about this car? and made a face as if he was the owner) and drove away after a lot of attention from people around (most of them thought it was a BMW )

I agree with him, there is nothing khaas, the CLS55 would have made it a little khaas and the 6.2 AMG is what he would have liked to see. But hey Driver, Even the Visual attributes of a "CLS" badge is really arresting.

Ok the otherday I saw a stationwagon of what seemed like a Laura/Octavia in City Center...Didnt know if these were sold in the local skoda showrooms or not? Couldnt take pics since I had some friends along with me.

Today in the morning while getting off the Chingrighata flyover heading towards sec V an apparantly new BMW 525i overtook me and vanished into thin air before I could recover from the severe power lag of the ALTO while running AC....the car was doing well in excess of 100kmph....wonder where are those speed guns!!!

With all due respect Anirban da I have to disagree...baat hai bahut khaas baat hai...I just love that coupe design with that huge tristar on the monster grill...the sheer size of the car and amazing blend of business class with a sport car makes the CLS class my pick from the current Merc stable.

An guess what last monday afternoon I spotted a Black SLK 200 convertible with WB number plate on Russel Street it was drizzling a little and the guy apparently was not even bothered to use the hood...guess some people have all the luck

Arrey Bobby, am not getting hyper..
The Combi is/was available here. Two models: L&K 1.9TDi and vRS 1.8. Both were nicely loaded and had HUGE luggage space. Priced higher than the equivalent "saloons", they didn't sell much.

Ok, let me not confuse people further. As it is there are questions raised due to shuvc and shuvd.

Over the last couple of weeks, saw
- 2 x Beige/Brownish A6 (WB regn)
- Gleaming Navy Blue 7 series (WB regn)
- Bottle green Landcruiser Amazon (DL regn)
- White Prado (WB regn I think)
- Maroon CLS (WB regn)
- Bluish Passat (pending regn)
